How do I order

Placing your order

Ordering from Hypernova Design is a very easy process.

  • Choose your required product and fill the form provided under "Order now" button. You can also:
    • use the Enquiry Form available on our Contact Us page
    • send us the email specifying your needs
    • telephone us

     

  • We will send you an email containing invoice and payment instruction
  • Make payment securely via PayPal online payment gateway, via bank transfer or cheque

 

You will be updated via e-mail at various stages of the order process.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via all major UK Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cheque. Please note that we DO NOT accept any Credit Card payments at present. When paying for your order online you will be given the option to choose your method of payment.

 

When do I pay?

If paying by Debit Card or PayPal you need to pay in full when you receive email with an invoice from us. If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer or Cheque then cleared funds must be received within 7 days of the invoice date. Please note that no orders paid for by Bank Transfer or Cheque can be processed until cleared funds have been received.

 

VAT

We do not charge VAT on our products.

Print delivery, design proofs and print samples

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FREE to one UK mainland address. If you require delivery to a non-mainland address then please contact us for a delivery price.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Most orders are dispatched within 3-6 working days of receiving cleared funds. Once ready, orders bound for a UK mainland address are dispatched using a next working day courier service. If you have a deadline to meet then get in touch to ensure we can meet your deadline prior to placing your order, or, ensure that you place your order well in advance of your deadline.

 

Do I have to sign for my delivery?

Please ensure that the delivery address provided has somebody present as all deliveries must be signed for. If you are not present when the courier calls a card will be left, you must then contact the courier service to arrange re-delivery. All goods delivered must be checked by the customer prior to signing the courier's acceptance form, any damaged boxes must be checked inside thoroughly, in the event of damaged goods the customer must refuse the delivery, or sign for it as “received damaged” and notify us within 2 working days.

 

Design proofs?

All artwork designed by us is sent as a PDF file via e-mail for the customer's approval (if you need a different file format let us know). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the proof is accurate and that all spelling, punctuation and information is correct, we are not liable for any mistakes once printed.

 

Print samples

If you want to order print samples visit our contact page and let us know what you need. Don't forget to include your full postal address. We do not charge for print samples.

Cancellations

How do I cancel my order?

In the event that you wish to cancel your order please get in touch as soon as possible. Please note that a 5% charge of the total order value will be made plus a £10.00 charge to cover administration costs. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of the agreed cancellation will also be charged for, and deducted before any refunds are made.
